  1. Hi all, Today my account was deactivated which is odd in itself because I'm pretty certain I logged in to cPanel when I received the warning three days ago, but that's neither here nor there. After my account was deactivated my email client attempted to log in to my email address a number of times, causing the server to block my IP from accessing cPanel, hope someone can help me out with that! My username is the same as on the forum.
  2. Hi Helionet! I've been trying to install Yetiforce through Softalicious today; with every attempt I make I get an error pop up when the software is installing, sometimes this is at 16%, sometimes at 95%, but it consistently happens. Can anyone help me out? Server: Tommy Username:same as here
  3. Hello Heliohost! A couple of weeks ago I decided to wait out the Tommy downtime, but given the time it's taking I'd like to request an invite to host my website (------------) on Ricky until Tommy has recovered. My last donation was in late March this year, with PayPal Transaction ID ---------------- Thanks in advance! Edit: BlueyEmperor on Discord suggested that because I'd like to use the same domain as I did on Tommy I should request that it is removed from the DNS cluster Edit 2: removed personal/sensitive data that is no longer required.
  4. Account: ravnl Server: tommy I think I may have forgotten to log into cPanel recently, as I've been on holiday
  5. Hello! I'd like to request my website (username ravnl) be moved from Johnny to Tommy please. I've made my donation with confirmation number 61N49836X98120935 If possible, would you send me an email when the transfer is complete? I'll need to update my domain name's DNS settings manually.
  6. Seems to be working, apart from Firefox caching the website. Thanks!
  7. Unfortunately I can't specify nameservers because of the configuration of subdomains that have direct DNS pointers to other IP addresses. The domain name registrar doesn't allow mixing the A records for these connections with NS records, so I grabbed the nameserver's IP addresses and entered them as A records for the top level domain. edit: a traceroute does show that the domain resolves correctly to Johnny, so I don't think this particular DNS configuration is the culprit
  8. Hello! I registered an account with HelioHost around two weeks ago, but my domain name hasn't been registered yet and shows as "queued". -snip- Any help would be greatly appreciated.
