The website is ok now. I have configured my domain emails on your side days ago but I still cannot send and received email. What is wrong?

Dear Admin (I am sure you can see my domain name), I have just switched over to helionet hosting. I uploaded my html file into public_html folder. But it does not work. I also added subdomain. Is it necessary? I wish to include cloudflare. But I click on full provisioning and it showed this Zone 'domain name' already exists and is verified., despite it use as inactive. Please help.
