  1. Again my account is suspended, Kindly renew my account. Actually I am always access the cPanel not the heliohost, do I need to login this also? Thanks in advance.

Hi, Due to my personal issues, I could not login into my Helionet account for a while around 1 month, again it is asking me to validate email, when I validate email it is asking me to Donate, but already paid and I have already hosted my application.   4. Hi Thanks for the quick reply! I am using my account continuously, some time my earlier booked marked URLs also not able to load, it is continuously loading and finally, it is saying not able to load the page. This is happening since 3 to 4 days. For sure, I am keep on logging into my account and deploying the war files. Anyhow I am renew my account. Thanks! TSSInfo

Usually I will get a login page, but could not get it. Today I am able to see login page, but could not login. Kindly help me what has been wrong with my account? Is my account got suspended?   7. Hi, I am planning to log all my logging in separate file, in local I am able to see my application log file, but it is not coming. Could you please help me.   8. Wonderful! I am able to call data source from context.xml as Krydos suggested. It is working fine. Thanks so much Krydos for the inputs. Logs issue still there, I will log as new topic. Thanks so much for both of you for helping me.
  9. I have kept the context.xml under META-INF, but still I am not getting DB connection through DataSource. Btw I have also kept the logging mechanism for my Application and given the separate path for my log. It was working fine in my local, but not on HelioHost. Could you please help to get these 2 issues resolved. Thanks in advance.
