OMG. I decided to "read" your wiki pages and found the answer. Thanks for the quick response. Sorry about that. New problem question/issue--> I requested java on my site. I see that it says I'm in queue. How long does java installation take?

I am having trouble accessing via Filezilla and got blocked. I am a new account and I don't seem to be able to use my credentials to ftp. Please unblock and point me in the right direction if possible. Thanks, N.Bonds
