I think we're good now, thanks for your help! After renaming the index, I renamed and then created a new .htaccess (keeping out the redirects that were in place). Following that I think it was a matter of caching.

I renamed the index.html file and the .htaccess and I'm still not able to get them to show up for the domain, but now I'm getting redirected to the account queued page. 'Account Queued. Ahoy! You're seeing this page because HelioHost has not gotten about to installing and configuring your account yet. This process usually takes 24 hours, and once it is complete your website should show up properly. While the account is being created we suggest taking a look at your control panel.' Would it help if the new domain was set as the primary domain? Is there a way I can set that in cpanel?

Hi, I'm trying to add a domain (purchased through Google domains) to my account. The nameservers are pointed to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org but I'm not sure what else needs to be done in cpanel in order to link them up. I added the domain as an alias, but I'm running into an issue with 'too many redirects'. Can you point me in the right direction here for next steps? I checked the wiki and I couldn't find anything further. Thanks!
