My websites have been suspended, I want to know if it's an error or what I can do to correct them to be live.

I think there is an error, I access the cpanel every 1 or 2 weeks approximately, in fact today I renewed an SSL certificate, and it was not 30 days since I last accessed it. However I can see my websites, except that I can not access the wp-admin of raicessanas.com.ve as it tells me that I'm inactive. I proceeded in the same way to activate and the same system told me: We can not reactivate the account because it is not inactive, please log back to update the records (something like that). What should I do?
