Oh ok I had waited 2 hours and something minutes to finally see the hosting site terms. Answer is no. It shows the terms when signing up after the server pick wait thing. I wish the terms were shown on the home page instead to avoid wasting all that time. so long this host isn't for me.

Before I get too settled in on this hosting site I want to make sure the kind of site I want to create is allowed on here first. An 18 plus site that has adult content in text form only. It will be a rping forum site.
