Okay so changing DNS does not work. Switching to other WiFi doesn't work but using a cell phone to log in works with flying colors.

When I click the button "Continue to cPanel" and I got this url with a white page. Tried logging in a different browser but still the same result. https://tommy.heliohost.org:2083/cpsess********/frontend/paper_lantern/index.phpcp?login=1&post_login=****************

Probably that was due to a spelling error in the username. Never mind... be happy that things got settled. I uses a password manager app to autofill information for logging in but it said password incorrect. But you're right. It's great that everything is working alright, lol. I'd better get up with the habit of backing up data daily too!

Wait. The last time I login, it said password incorrect (I use a password manager to autofill it) I even checked my account status on HelioHost and it also said account not found. Now I can login without any problem. This is kinda weird..

Heliohost username: ktung b. the server your account is on: Tommy or Ricky server c. khanhtung.heliohost.org For some reason. My hosting account got suspended or deleted by HelioHost. The data that I have there are really important. Can you help me out by resolving this issue please? Thank you.
