For about the last 2 weeks, windows has been trying to force constant updates on my Lenovo laptop. It starts with a pop saying a restart is needed. When You restart or shutdown , it says its installing an update (or something to that effect). It then restarts (or waits till you restart the laptop) and then does more installing. Then after it is finished...the computer is normal for awhile, then it wants to restart again. How do I block this nonsense ? Thanks.
