  1. I access the Java application I developed almost daily. I login to HelioHost every couple of weeks. How do I go about checking if my account was archived? What does it mean to have an archived acount?
  2. When I login to HelioHost > cPanel > Java I see that for some reason I no longer have Java support for my account. I requested support and now see a message that the estimated install date is two weeks from now. I was hoping to have my Java support re-instated, if possible. I'm not sure why it was removed.
