A few things to note: 1) The connection via host (as in FTP Accounts): ftp.website.domain -> EAI_NONAME - Neither nodename nor servname provided, or not known website.domain -> ETIMEDOUT - Connection attempt timed out but: ricky.heliohost.org (or the linked ip) seems to work just fine. 2) It says "The PHP Gettext extension is missing on your server." 3) Also, I failed upon installation of the Firewall. I need to know if the auto_prepend_file directive is allowed (if so, to search for another faulty thing that lead to the fail). I asked in the other topic about this but I think that it should be allowed by the admin? Thanks!

I think I got now that command. My website is in form of a directory listing (just for the main domain). When I tried to enter a random folder, since I tried to get into some folder, it displays an error. I never encountered this one.. Any idea? Edit: I saw something about fileinfo function? I need to activate something?

Hello! I got a new.. pack of questions 1. The PHP version is, by default, 5.6. Can I change the System Default value or I am forced to change it per domain (as I did)? 2. The CPanel version could be updated by the user? Or this is up to the host management? 3. I saw that the page displayed an error (500) and I found out that the .htaccess was the problem. Hello! I got some questions: 1) Does this host support auto_prepend_file in .htaccess ? 2) I saw something about a monthly "verification" in CPanel. Is there any way (in a free way) to increase the time (ex. 3mo) or use an auto verification via a minimal access (ex. 1-3 users monthly on the website)? 2.1) If you don't login to verify it, it will auto-delete forever or it will be recoverable? 2.2) Does it have an email warning before the last days?
