Hello, Log in to Cpanel via heliohost.org gives the message: username not found in database. Loog in directly via Cpanel no problem. My username is strangit. server is stevie. domain is strangeit.heliohost.org Can you fix this, please?

I have still 3 days to renew my account, but the renew-script (link in email-notification) is not working. My account 'strangit' is not found in the database and if I find this error not correct then contact an administrator. But there is nowhere on your website an email-address for an administrator! Log in via Cpanel fails also! Please help!

Sometimes you get that message if you accidently click twice on the renew page. If your able to login ok at your cpanel and you can see your site, then your ok. Hello, I use www.heliohost.org/cpanel en log in with my username and password.

Last week I received an email that my account (strangeit.heliohost.org) will be suspended on 28th December, unless I log on via Cpanel. I did that immediately, but today my account was still suspended. I could reactivate it, but I think there is something wrong with your checking of inactivity on accounts. Please fix it!
