  1. Thank you. I saw this I didn't know what those files were. I will now access the info. You learn a little every day, Kindest regards
  2. Sure thing. Well, if it can be restored great. Like I said it only had a couple of files there, nothing too relevant, but I would rather not go through the trouble of configuring the databases again. Let me know if it could be done before I start working on the account full-fledged and forget about the rest it's no biggie, and I really appreciate the free hosting available to me. Thanks again! Kindest regards
  3. No, I never signed up again. I only reset my password today to cPanel login and FTP. I had just opened an account mid October when shortly after migration occured, I had but a couple of files there with database connections. The account somehow reset; those couple of initial files to connect to databases are gone.
  4. Thanks! I cleared my cache and it worked. What happened to the files I used to have before migration? I don't see them anywhere.
  5. a. Heliohost username: expopro b. Server: Johnny c. HelioHost main domain: http://expopro.heliohost.org/ Account was archived, now it appears queued. I can access cPanel and FTP, but the files I used to have are gone and no directory displays any index file that I create.
  6. Thanks, and sorry about that. I'll keep that in mind in the future. Kindest regards,
  7. a. Heliohost username: expopro b. Server: Tomy, but I'm not too sure and I don't have a way to look it up that I know of, as I cannot access cPanel c. HelioHost main domain: http://expopro.heliohost.org/ Sorry, I don't know if my account is queued or suspended, so I posted for both. Thanks!
