Hello! I have an Account on HelioHost, and can't access WHM. Am I even allowed to do so? I am making a Website for a Band and some people need Access. Please reply ASAP. Thanks.

It varies depending on load. We have to set it to 0 sometimes, but we generally make a news post if we disable signups entirely. It's been as high as 20 or so before, but signups still filled in less than 15 seconds. Generally we don't announce publicly what the current value is set to, but sohamb03 is pretty new. That's just bad, as I don't have any money.
