So i came across another issue. I got blocked for trying to log in to many times. Do i need to make another ticket or can i just use this one to get it unblocked.

Im sorry if this is pushy but I kinda need it to work. I tried on a different device with different dns servers and a different internet connection and same thing. It kept putting me at johnny. Is this a bug or am i missing something?

It takes me to johnny and if with the go to cpanel button and when i go directly to tommy it says invalid creds. Am I doing something wrong? Did my username change maybe?

Do i log on now through the Tommy cPanel or the johnny one?
