i tried it again i deleted all ftp accs and created a new one and now it works fine thanks for your great help guys

yeah, pls reset my cpanel and ftp pw both aren't working...

no sry, i dont know the password it was automatically stoed by ie but now my password seems to be wrong, cpanel login was never the problem... i dont know what happend pls reset my cpanel password and does somebody have any solution for my ftp?

it tried flx, FLX and livestats (the user from ftp-protocol in cpanel

doesnt work... the same like before...

i type in ftp://ftp.livestats.heliohost.org/ insert my username and password but after 5 seconds it asks me again for username and password and so on... cant get in the ftp-filemanagers in cpanel also dont work...

so two weeks past and my ftp login is still down other stuff works fine but i need ftp please help me thanks
