Thanks, djbob. Yes I typed a correct email address, but, for example, 1st time I login in CPanel it ask me for an email address for my profile. I suppose this is not normal. Yes but there isn't any mail. Thank you, I know this. But, is there any more information sended in that email (way to acces ftp, stats, ...)?

Hi everyone! I signup for a Helio account last week and now I am able to access to my Cpanel and everything seems to work fine. But I have never received an email with the information about my account, how to access FTP, Urls to access Cpanel, statistics, ... the kind of information necessary to use this awesome hosting. I suppose this email has been missing, so is there any way to receive this email again? TIA.
