  1. When I try to delete my account, I get the following message. We're sorry, but we either could not find that account in the database, or it is not listed as active. Please contact an administrator if you feel this message is in error. Is it mean that the delete process is queuing or I need to active the account first?
  2. At this moment, I don't know my account is queue for the deletion or not?
  3. I want to move to Ricky from Johnny and I plan to delete the account. However it ask me to login but it say my password is not correct. I try to reset password and the system report error. Finally, my account is suspended.
  4. HelioHost username: canytam@gmail.com Server : Johnny Domain : penguin.heliohost.us I created the account for less than 1 week but my account is suspended because of inactivity. Please help.
