Hello everyone,
I'd first like to thank the awesome folks at HelioHost, since I've tried literally over 50 free hosts in the past two months and this is by far the best, in terms of service, quality, friendly staff, you name it. Oh, and I should've started off by saying you're way better than Bluehost which is a paid host!
My website is http://quitehigh.com and Earlier today I was Live Chatting with a customer and he said he kept getting this HELIOHOST ACCOUNT QUEUED page all of a sudden, no matter which link he clicked. At fist I couldn't recreate it, but as soon as I cleared my browser's cache it happened to me too. Just wondering why this could be? :S I may have forgotten to log in for 30 days, but that's just because I was distracted by editing my site from Wordpress. So my site has changed, not like it's remained idle all this time. Also, I log in to cPanel every time to check my e-mail, so I don't think it's because of inactivity.
Anyhow, if it's not just a problem related to my site then I'm pretty sure you guys are already working on sorting it out. It's just weird to me. I know the last long problems you had with slow load times turned out to be because of a DDOS attack which was crippling the sites on stevie because the firewall was turned off. I wonder what's causing this message now :S Not that it makes a difference, but it's been my 21st birthday for 3 hours now (it's 3:08 am here) So i'm pretty excited for this to get sorted out, since it'll be a much anticipated birthday gift
Speaking of gifts, if any HelioHost staff that helps handle this issue is interested in Researching the types of things my site offers, I'll gladly send out samples, 100% free Not advertising anything, just trying to get this issue fixed sooner rather than later. Surprisingly enough I usually have more traffic at night.
Thanks again for providing this GREAT service!
