  3. if u keep it suspended, I am afraid if they will clear my account. Since clearing house FAQ says a team will visit my site manually and find out if its still infected but when they visit my site they will find suspension page. @ Shinryuu do u thing they will still pass my site without seeing it. Moreover they are taking too long, is it a good idea to block accounts.

  8. Hi Admins, First of all sincere thanks Heliohost team for giving this beautiful service for free. I accept that despite of reading about one account per user I have created two accounts. Although I din got any mail so far but still i felt its better to be safe than to be late. So I am a freelancer web developer cum a research student. At times i need multiple programming environment and hence I've created an account on Johnny. To stage and deploy my scripts for demonstration to my clients. But since Johnny crashes now and then and hence it was affecting me a lot. The need of having a stable server to host at least my database with more uptime so that some of my remote apps and crons can work nicely made it necessary for me to create another account on Stevie. Since I need multi-language support too which is being offered only by Johnny. Hence I couldn't delete It. I respect heliohost and never wants to violates its code of conduct, which I already did and I am sorry for that. I still wish to maintain both of my accounts because I need both stability and multi platform support, Hence I request you to please allow me to go with them. In case if my request can't be considered then please let me know. Also request you to give me some time to before deleting my account so that I can have backups My account ids are "gourav" and "sonu".
  9. Hi Fellas, Recently i started working with Git version control system. This is really intelligent system i used so far. moreover remote repos and git protocols are seriously awesome. just got a thought. if i could deploy at heliohost by doing Git pull. It would be so awesome to have git on heliohost. pls put your views forward

  11. As i already said 1. File's permission to all my public folders are perfectly fine, they are 750 and 755 as per the requirements 2. File permission to all my public files are 644. or higher as per my requirements. 3. .htaccess is proper and not having any statement to deny me to access any stuff on my site. so pls let me know if anything else apart from these stuff can be done my site. i do doubt if i am having proper permission to my base directory, ie, /home1/gourav since i cant SSH so its not possible to peep in but sure admin can do this. @Admins if required feel easy to reset my account, all data is safe with me. you can any time restore my account. I won't be loosing any data. Pls do resolve this

  13. You can check/edit your MX records with this link http://stevie.heliohost.org:2082/frontend/x3/mail/mx.html As far as the 403 errors, I don't think it has anything to do with the server. Like everyone has already told you it's a permission/access issue. Have you made any changes to your site recently? Hi Krydos, I din made any changes with configs. It started since our DNS went dow. Although they are up now but still my site is getting 403. I checked HTACCESS I checked file permissions, but all looks in order. My MX records are also fine but still mails are failing to be resolved. This could be either a very small issue or could be a big one too but lets solve it pls.
  14. @Ice IT Suppor tyes its like that only. At this poin i humbly request you to escalate this issue because my mail service is down since because packets are not getting resolved to google mx records. Pls if possible we can have some thing get done now. Pls understand i am suffering since 4th and this is 8th. pls get this done dude...
  15. My .htaccess file is fine and dont have any line for deny. @admins pls look into this.
