  1. No, I'm still getting the same error
  2. Hi, I am recieving the following error when I try to access MyPHP Admin from Cpanel. It looks like I am over quota on something and could fix it by deleting data from my database, but I can't delete the data without first accessing MyPHP Admin. Please let me know how to fix this. Cpanel::Exception::IO::UnlinkError/(XID 2g3rf7) The system failed to unlink [list_and_quoted,_1] because of an error: Permission denied at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/Exception/CORE.pm line 330. 3. Got the site up and working, thanks for the help!
  4. Was able to setup my new account. Thanks for the help!
  5. Hi, I transferred my account over to Tommy from Stevie this morning and had a question about the DNS setup. I just want to make sure everything is correct so that it's working in 48 and I don't have to make more changes tomorrow and wait another 48hrs. I used the script linked from cpanel to associate my domain name with my account, and it said to add ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org as the domain name servers. In my previous setup on Stevie I used the default DNS and provided an IP address for the @ record (see attached image). Will this still work for my new account on Tommy? I prefer to manage my subdomains through my enom account if possible. Thanks, Alex
  6. Hi, Thanks for the quick reply. I made a donation earlier today and recieved an invite about an hour ago. However, when I click on the link to validate my email, it says that my storage space is being doubled then I get redirected to http 500 error page that says "www.heliohost.org is currently unable to handle this request.". Does this mean that my account hasn't been updated yet, or am I doing something wrong? Thanks!
  7. Hi, I'd like to request to move my account (username=ablaty) from Stevie to Tommy as well as the associated domain 10StopTours.com Thanks, Alex
  8. I seem to be having the same problem. When I visit my website, I see the following message: Warning: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Access denied for user 'ablaty_a'@'localhost' (using password: YES) in /home1/ablaty/public_html/Tours.php on line 76 Unable to select database I tried changing my password and logging out/back in but that didn't work. My database size says it is 0.00 MB. username: ablaty server: stevie
  9. The Cron job page says that accounts are only allowed to run 2 cron jobs per day, but that we can request a special exception if needed. I would like permission to run a Cron job every 30 minutes which simply calls a php page that sends an email. I won't need this permanently. Thanks for your consideration, Alex
  10. Hi, I am starting a new topic because the previous one that I started was locked prematurely. see: http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/14846-suspended-ablaty/ One of the admin's said he/she would re-activate my account, but my site still isn't up. I have tried clearing my cache and accessing it from a different computer, neither works. Thanks, Alex
  11. Already cleared the cache... Didn't fix anything. My username is ablaty and my site is 10stoptours.com
  12. Hi, I seem to be unable to login to my account. I received an inactivation notice on December 12, 2013, but I thought I re-activated my account. It looks like my site has been down since Feb. 6th, 2013. I tried re-activating it again and it said my account wasn't found or wasn't inactive. I also tried a password reset (in case I had the wrong password), but never got the reset email. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Alex
  13. Thanks for the reply. I just double checked that my username and password were correct, but that didn't fix the problem. Is it possible that I have to configure the server to accept connections from itself (like in remote MySQL)? Thanks again, Alex I think I figured out the problem. Is there anyway to fix it, other than changing my username? I played around with it and got this message (see bold): <!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd"> <html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"> <head> <link rel="shortcut icon" href="/cPanel_magic_revision_1255087532/unprotected/cpanel/favicon.ico" type="image/x-icon" /> <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8" /> <meta name="robots" content="noindex, nofollow" /> <title>cPanel® 11</title> <link rel="stylesheet" href="/cPanel_magic_revision_1255087532/unprotected/cpanel/style_optimized.css" type="text/css" /> <!--[if IE]> <style type="text/css"> #mid{ height:300px; } </style> <![endif]--> <meta name="robots" content="noindex, nofollow" /> </head> <body> <div id="wrap"> <div id="top"></div> <div id="mid"> <div id="content-wrap" align="center"> <h1>Brute Force Protection</h1> This account is currently locked out because a <a href='http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brute_force_attack'>brute force attempt</a> was detected. 14. Has the cpanel login cookie format been changed recently? A script that I've been using for a daily backup of my MySQL database recently stopped working. I originally made the script based on this post: http://www.helionet....4737#entry64737 Currently this is what the script returns: http://10stoptours.c...ipt/buMySQL.php I have included a copy of the source.
