In that case I'll just kill the old equilibrinet.com mail address, I only get 1 or 2 a week and I guess it's about time I updated those profiles where it's used. Is it possible for you to watch it and contact me if the other address does the same thing before suspending me? I'm more than happy to work within the rules you guys set, but I can't see what's happening behind the scenes ^^

Not personally. I do retrieve email using GMAIL though, which obviously connects into the server on a regular basis. Could that be the issue? I don't think I've sent an email from 1 of the equilibrinet accounts for years it's only a legacy mail address for old signups and people who I haven't contacted in a long time. My other one is purely for world of warcraft which is targeted by "send us your wow account details for your free multicoloured pony" etc and my mindstar-tech one is purely for personal/business use. I guess that it's possible that one of the accounts has been compromised? If you can tell me which one? Thanks

May I ask what counts as abuse? I thought I was using it normally. I only have three accounts 2 @equilibrinet.com for personal use and 1 @mindstar-tecnology.com I use for dealing with job agencies.

You will be able to access cPanel today and should be able to see your site tomorrow at 3AM (server time). It is normal that you have to wait a while before you can use your site. This is to prevent that the servers overload. Hi there. Thanks for the reply =) I'd just like to note however, that the first time changes every time I look at the site and the active time was Thursday, then Friday and is now Saturday. Also, the database number hasn't changed at all since I created the account. I appreciate there are wait times and I'm not complaining so much as trying to ascertain if something has gone wrong so that it can be fixed. I used to run a free volunteer service myself, but not for websites. I understand that things can't always be done in a timely manner and a little courtesy goes a long way. Hence this is not a demand or complaint, but a notification that something might be wrong =)

It's been like this for nearly 2 days now. I've tried logging into CPanel on the HelioHost.org site but it says login failed. Have I missed something somewhere? Thanks!
