Sorry, I totally forgot to put my info. Server: Stevie Username: mercurio Domain (which is an addon): tmercswims.com (Heliohost Domain: tmercswims.heliohost.org)

I have two issues. First, I can't seem to use the DNS zone editor (simple or advanced) both throw a "You don't have permission..." error. Second, none of my previously made A and CNAME records show up in the editors, and neither do my subdomains or parked domains. They all still work fine, but they don't show up there. Thanks in advance guys!

Hey, I want to enable SSL for my site, but I can't seem ti get it to work. I add the following to my .htaccess file (taken from another thread): RewriteEngine On RewriteCond %{SERVER_PORT} 80 RewriteRule ^(.*)$ https://www.yourdomain.com/$1 [R,L] But it doesn't work - Chrome returns an error about the SSL certificate. How can I obtain/generate one for my site? I really have no idea at all, so sorry if this is a dumb question. Thanks in advance!

Okay, so just to be sure that I have this right - as a parked domain, everything will be (in my case) tmercswims.com/* instead of tmercswims.heliohost.org/*, and it will all be based from that from now on? As in, the *heliohost.org/* won't be seen again? And another thing, how will this affect any sub-domains that already exist? For example, I have blog.tmercswims.heliohost.org configured already. Will it automatically become blog.tmercswims.com, or will there be something I will need to do?

I am very confused by this, so I am going to ask here before I do anything that involves spending money xP If I buy a domain name, how do I get it to be used for my heliohost account here? Do I use the Change main domain form and put in the one I purchase, as well as pointing my purchased domain to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org? Or do I just do the repointing? I'm sorry if this was confusing, I had a hard time trying to articulate my question hahaha.

Actually, I would like to add that my problematic subdomain ("blog") exists, as far as the address goes. But it doesn't show up in my list. Progress?

Oh sweet! That's awesome! And my FTP is now working, though I think it was because the account I was trying to connect through got deleted hahaha so I fixed that and it is working now. Thanks again xaav

Hmm yeah on heliohost.org/home it says doesn't exist. Is that the cause of the FTP issue as well?
