  1. I am affected by the issue talked about here http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/22260-stevie-mysql-fixed/. I hadn't taken a snapshot of the databases, so I need my access restored please. Username: toast Server: stevie domain: burnedtoast.cu.cc Affected databases: toast_jml, toast_phpbcc, toast_piwi796, toast_wiki
  2. I was planning on adding another file that might potentially trigger a false positive, what would be my best course of action?
  3. Okay I've had this happen before, but it always comes out that the false positives were from executables that I've made that trip virus scanners since they have no Authenticode signature. Sadly I cannot afford codesigning but I do now provide PGP signatures for my programs to make sure that they're authentic. If the malware files are any of the ones listed below I've made those files myself and they do not contain any viruses and I've already submitted false positive reports to ClamAV: AllArea.exe AllArea.zip AllArea.tar.gz Hall_of_Mirrors.exe
  4. username: toast server: stevie domain: burnedtoast.cu.cc I have taken off the proxy that was causing trouble before, so I thought I helped put an end to this reoccurring suspension.
  5. Okay, well I had no idea that a spike could cause downtime like that. As for my webproxy, that is probably the most popular part of my site an I remember using it a lot during December because I needed to access the Facebook API Docs from school. I find that all other webproxies I try to use are also found by the firewall software used at my school. I'll try to limit it's usage and tell my friends to cool it or I'll just password protect it. I used to be on Johnny and I just find that I enjoy the stability and some libraries offered by Stevie to be much better.
  6. Username: toast Server: Stevie Domain: burnedtoast.cu.cc I got my account suspended last time because they said it caused a load on the server. But yet less than 10 people will visit the site in half a year, so what can it be?
  7. Odd, the site was rarely visited and really just has a couple things, I will look into what was causing such a high load. It might be that more people have been visiting it from my school, but I don't see how that would cause a substatial amount of load.
  8. Username: toast Server: Stevie Domain: burnedtoast.cu.cc My account was suspended before and I suspect the reason was for the false positive on the AV scanner as I posted about before.
  9. I got an email saying that my account was disabled because no one logged into cPanel in over a month. I went and executed the renewal script and my website was up agian... except with one very important part missing. The MySQL database have suddenly seemed as kthey have lost all of the info stored within them. Also the web applications no longer have access to them rendering my site almost completely unusable. I've had problems with MySQL before but I wonder what caused this. Also I tried to see what was happening by using phpMyAdmin but apparently I can't log into that anymore either. Server: Stevie User: toast Domain: burnedtoast.cu.cc All of my databases were affected.
  10. I scanned them over the weekend and have not made any changes to the files whatsoever and I bet I know that it's teh Hall_of_Mirrors.exe file. If it is then I have already sent the false-positive report to ClamAV, also as you can see from the above post: That clearly shows that the file isn't malicious. I will not remove the file because I wish to show it to my friends and have them a way to download it in case I forgot my flash drive and it's a perfectly harmless game.
  11. username: toast server: Stevie domain: burnedtoast.cu.cc I had my account suspended right before the weekend and again it is now suspended. I suspect my account has been resuspended even though I was able to show that the Hall of Mirrors.exe file is not a virus, just a game I made in Game Maker. If this is the case then check the previous posting in which it was clearly evident that it wan't malicous and I sent a false-positive report to ClamAV. If it isn't the case I would like to know what got my account resuspended.
  12. Must be a false positive then, I made that game in 8th grade for my Tech class which I made in GameMaker. I just have it on there in case I ever want to show it off to anyone. I will submit a false positive report to ClamAV promptly.
  13. I scanned all my files with Avast and couldn't find it so can you help me locate the file(s)? I think it may be false positive on my own program AllArea which I use the site to host. Since I'm not some well known reputable software company nor can I afford to buy a X.509 certificate to sign my program with it sometimes trips the antivirus.
  14. Username: toast Server: Stevie Domain: burnedtoast.cu.cc I don't know why my account was suspended, and I accessed the cPanel about a week ago so I was making sure it was renewed.
