My helio host account "scitechtalk" was suspended today. Please indicate the reason for this suspension, because I have no idea whatsoever what this reason could be ! Details: Username: scteta30 Domain: scitechtalk.heliohost.org Server: Stevie Hopefully the suspension can be undone a.s.a.p., because I was planning to work on the Joomla website I am developing on this account ! Thank you.

Audio is transmitted not by the helionet server, but by my own, private server. This radio server has a administrative interface, that contains statistics related to the broadcasts, that are available at at the indicated port 8000, and that can be displayed e.g on a webpage on a hosting server. But that requires port 8000 to be open on the helioserver to be able to receive these statistics. The amount of data that is sent via 8000 is relativly low, so this can hardly be any problem for the heliohost server ! In the mean time this problem is solved ! Thanks to Krydos. So the answer to Krydos question "Is it working now?" is : YES !!! Thank you very much !

Please do unsuspend it ! I think I have an idea what could be the cause: My account contains a Joomla website. On the homepage of this Joomla website is a module that reloads the whole page every 60 seconds. I will change that !

This account was operational until tuesday april 3, 2012, so it should be in the database ! Perhaps there is a little confusion about the username: it is either scteta30 or scitechtalk in my view.

This message appears twice in this forum because after I posted the first, I got an error message stating something that made me think the message would not be posted at all in this forum. So I posted it a second time, after which I did NOT receive an error message (??). Afterwards it turned out that both messages were posted in the forum, and I can not delete 1 of the 2 (at least: I can not discover it ...).

I do not think that is the solution, because first I installed Joomla 1.5.25 and encountered the problems about which I was talking. Then I installed Joomla 2.5.3, which did give me the exaxt same problem. Perhaps I can solve the second problem (about the uploading of my own images) by uploading them first by using FTP, and then importing them in Joomla. But that would leave the other 2 problems (installing an external Joomla template and installing an external editor such as JCE) unsolved !

I succesfully installed a Joomla 1.5.25 and a Joomla 2.5.3 site on heliohost with the help of Softaculous. But it seems some basic functionality is DISABLED. For example: - I want to add some images of my own to these Joomla sites via Administration / Content / Mediamanager in the Joomla backend. But there the button "Choose file" (to upload a image file from my local PC) is DISABLED (GHOSTED), so I can not perform this action ! How can I bypass this problem ? - The same problem with an external Joomla template. I can upload and install such a template, it gives correct completion messages, but in the Joomla template manager this new template does not show up ! WHY ? Do I have develop a Joomla site elsewhere and then upload the whole thing to overcome these problems ? Hope somebody can help !
