That is really strange because I tried logging in with pizzan2 and it said
that there is no account in the database that matches that username

Sadly, I missed this message, the interview is on the 22nd so I was going
to try and set hosting up a couple days before the interview. Thank you for
the trial, I'm sorry I didn't get to use it. I will recommend your company

Do you own convicciondigital.cl? If so you need to add NS records to your DNS provider to delegate diagnostico.convicciondigital.cl to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org. If you don't own convicciondigital.cl, you need to pick another domain because someone else already owns it.
