  1. I am unable to login to the account bytronic. I have tried using the reset process but after entering the Confirmation code sent to my email to the confirmation field in the browser, nothing happens. Please help.
  2. Thank you for acting on my request. The username is bytronic. We changed the domain DNS settings after the suspension. However after the lifing of the suspension we shall revert back the settings to helionet ones. And something else the account was previously suspended and the lifting as of that time was done by byron . So this might also help.
  3. Domain: wsmadibosoft.com Server: Johhy We are kindly requesting the lifting of the suspension. We have since the time of suspension worked out on the issue that caused the suspension: having more than the allowed scheduled tasks running. We shall this time not use this service as we have worked a solution to the issue that made us use the scheduled task. In fact the bleach was done by a hired consultant. We have since fired that consultant and engaged another one with strict instructions.
  4. The account details are: Domain: wsmadibosoft.com Server: Johny The Site has not been running for the last three days. Then came this sudden suspension. How can a site that is not even running be using any resources other than storage? I had asked our consultant to check why the site was not functioning and did even discuss the matter over the chatting forum with one of your support admins on Tuesday. Please check and advise.
  5. Dear Support admins, Please install for me mysql gem. My account name is bytronic (Johny server) and domain is wsmadibosoft.com. The consultant who performed for me the ruby on rails application installation advises me that the installation requires root privileges which only an admin can do. Please help.
  6. Please advise on the following:- I have installed my aplication fedena on mod_rails. How do i achieve the following:- i) Installation of current version of mysql gem on your server, one I have installed is out of date. The Cpanel feature for installing gem is not functioning. ii) The ruby version on your server is 1.9.1, to run fedena smoothly using mod_rails it must be downgraded to 1.8.7. Fedena works great on ruby version 1.8.7 , rubygems version 1.3.7 (using mod_rails) The mongrel has proxy server issues, so I switched to mod_rails.
  7. How do I down grade from ruby 1.9.1 to 1.8.7? My application (Fedena) works properly on version 1.8.7.
  8. How do I install mysql gem? The option provided in Cpanel is not working.
