Hey, cPanel username : ravenx30 main domain : electrosavings.co.uk current server : johnny desired server: stevie (or anything reliable) I was wondering if I could tranfer everything to the stevie server as apently the stevie server is more stable. I don't have any fancy scripts or anything I just want reliable and stable hosting and no '500 server errors', and aparently thats what the stevie server is. Earlier the server load for johnny was 29.24 and was having difficulty managin my site and viewing it. I will have a store soon and don't really want customers to get that error as they will just think its down and go elsewhere.. Regards, Ravenx30

Hey, I see that the jonny server load seems a little high currently 29.24% causing a lot of '500 internal Server' errors for me. I was wondering it this the fastest server? if not could I be moved to the fasest one please? Ravenx30

Hey Krydos, sub-domain = http://secure.electrosavings.co.uk I made a subdomain to host my store but is in qued mode and its been 48hrs. Just hope that it will work once it finally becomes active XD Didn't realise subdomains got qued too :-/ NEVERMIND ITS WORKING NOW.. Regards, Ravenx30

Hi, I ran the script as requested. My login now takes me directly to the correct root in cpanel. :D/&--#62; When i enter the url for my site into a browser, however, I am now getting the 'Server not Found' error! :(/&--#62; yes i cleared my cache, via browser and command prompt (ipconfig /flushdns) but still no joy. I also used my phone and other pc to try accessing it and same error. I even made a tempory index file to try and access that but same 'server not found' error? A few hours after i ran the script, when i typed my url it showed the que page.. so unsure what is going wrong.. Thanks for the support. ps. been over 48 hours since last run that script.

cPanel username : ravenx30 current main domain : crabtree.heliohost.org server : johnny new domain : electrosavings.co.uk i can't change main domain manually in http://heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/domain thought it would be easier to copy and paste and add my problem to this thread as I am having the same issue. Used the script seemed to be ok but been over 24hrs no change. Hi, I am just trying to set my domain: www.electrosavings.co.uk To be the root of my account here, as when i registored it asked me to create one and now thats the root... Ive tried addon manager but that just creates my site as a sub-directery.. Thanks in advance! Ravenx30
