Hello, When trying the email functionality, it appears that sending emails is working properly. Emails are sent to the right address and saved in "SENT" mailbox. Receiving emails never works. No incoming message. After a quick check, I have found that my main domain (promethee.org) already exists somewhere on the net (http://www.promethee.org). One question, one remark: is that normal that the domain name is shared between me and another user ? is it the reason why the incoming emails are never received ? Hello, I want to reset the cPanel password. So, I click on "Reset the password" and an confirmation code is emailed. After having inputed the confirmation code and validated, a new request "enter the confirmation code" is displayed. Once, entering the confirmation, validate and a new request "enter the confirmation code" is displayed. And so on. Never ending. Therefore, I cannot reset my password. What happens ?
