its working now, i dont know that happened but its fixed, ive been suspendes because i didnt know how to protect my site, now im useing other ways to avoit attacks, this week im going to keep looking the activity from my site, thanks to my antivirus, im going to open a new Topic to ask aboud some activity i found in it from USA and CANADA, by the way im from MEXICO, so its imposible that some body knows my site even if its not ready, thanks for the time.

hello im having problems with my site im on Johnny now, but i dont know why i have so many 500 internal errors i just want to know how to fix them, im useing a very trusty antivirus called wordfence to protect my site and avoit hacks! but i dont know it this error could be for the antivirus, this it not a big problem, is just annoying thanks for your time user: zodiaco

hello i just have been moved to jhonny for problems about my pages, so i decides to erase them all, including datas, domains, erasing them from sorfatulous, and file manages as i expected i just get all clean but now i re add my old-new domain, and then i decided to install a new blog all was working good until softaculous give me the url that says that i can access now obviously i know when i just have to install a new blog it appears the blog just installed by factory but this wasnt my result it appear the following menssage: problems loading the page Cannont connect to the serve why is this? i need to fix it to keep working more thanks for your time

hello again, after i moved to johnny i noticed that i wasnt able to get into my web sites any more, so i decide to erase all files from my account, erase my domains ETC but after i did all this ive been having problems with my new pages because of the old ones i dont know why is that, i dont know if you can reset my account or give me support to try to fix this thanks ill be trying to do something right now

ive been scanning all backups recently, but my antivirus cant detect any virus, i used AVG from my college computers, and here in home i use panda cloud antivirus and i just have to install immunet 3.0 powered by ClamAV ive been useing lots of antivirus plugins to detect any virus, but still without luck ive been useing WP themes from fabthemes.com that they suppose to be secure i dont like to use file management very often because i dont know that am i doing or looking in that place, i dont understand codes, but i just been erasing every file you told me, maybe i should had edit the code instead of erase it, dont know i ve been looking on the web for some responses but they use a very technic languaje that i cant understand, i havent been very active lately for the college and because i dont want to made a mistake, but it still happening, hardly i know what am i doing and this hackers or viruses keep appearing more faster than i could solve any problem for my own i just can use plugin from WP but i dont know what to do inside the file manager, that my biggest problem, and tell me stupid but still cant find how to use and manage my panel other thing where can i check for my recourse consumition, recently you told me that i caused high load server, i want to know what it means and what i must have to do to fix it and have my web in line

hello sorry for this, i dont know if there is other moderator here, and i have my last post like solvet but i have a lot of questions Shinryuu told me that i have 5 php.shell viruses, and i caused, high server load im new on this, i donk have a long knowlage about this kind of problems i just wanted to know if i can do something to fix it because i want to keep my self in heliohost.org if the problem could be my wordpress themes, that i download them from fabthemes.com i will erase them, but i need to some body to guide me inside this little problem i dont know about what is causing high load server, but i as i see i just need to find what is useing so muny recourses, and delete it.
