Hello, before about 3 months i had an account with Heliohost and it was great but i left it because i went to a paid host for some reasons, and before 3 days i registered again because i left that paid host because the most times the site was down so i thought of coming back to you guys. But when the domain and the account started working (today) i cant login into CPanel for some reason. I tried reseting my password but i got no email (checked spam). So could somebody please reset my password? Account info: CPanel Username: crysis Domain Name: Delta-Hax.co.cc Email: CRYSISX2000@gmail.com

You need to ways 1-2 days for the cpanel to work too

You need to wait like 1-2 days for the domain to fully redirect to heliohost nameservers.

Because nobody was looking at the old one (because it was moved and reply status werent being updated), i made a new thread.. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- because as is asid up, i used live email (hotmail) and hotmail doesnt allows emails from here to be send (idk why), and i didnt knw what to do cause my mass wasnt working and requested a new password (via cpanel) and the password wasnt sent anywhere so the account is gone.. EDIT: I Posted this in the correct section but it appeared here, not my fault, please dont move again EDIT2: Forget it.. im gonna make new account, i saw that crysisx and crysisx2 are down so, foget it.. Close / Delete this please

i had created a crysisx2 account but, for email i used my hotmail (msn) and i didnt got activation emails at all so i thought i forgot my password and requested a new one but as i said hotmail server blocks all emails from here or something and the account was lost so i left it because i couldnt even register at forums and request help

Hello, i made an account some days ago, everything ok waited for it to activate but it actually never got activated... and i got an email saying that it failed, but the website is up, and that confuses me..
