Krydos or any other admin, do you have a way to log into my site as an admin to see what is wrong - this issue still is not resolved. I give you permission to go into my account and modify anything behind the scenes of the website. I just want it working.

It is supposed to display in the URL bar classifieds.rentersguild.com and pull from rentersguild.com/rent like theforum folder does for the subdomain forum.rentersguild.com

I don't see any .htaccess files in any of these directories, but in case I'm just not seeing it here are screen shots of what I'm looking at. Maybe you could PM me and I'll give you my password.

I created the subdomain classifieds.rentersguild.com which is to be located at rentersguild.com/rent but displayed as of course the subdomain. Instead of it routing correctly it goes to www.rentersguild.com. Please help fix this, preferably without another 24 hour queing. Also please provide laymens instructions if I need to do anything that isn't point and click. Thank you for your help. Ok so I went to Softaculous.com and created an account because I wanted to use their FTP upload process to add Open Real Estate to my site in a folder I created located at http://www.rentersguild.com/rentalproperties. Unfortunately it ask me for credentials and paths and I'm not certain what to enter. It asks for: Domain Name: rentersguild.com FTP Username: rentalproperties@rentersguild.com FTP Password: ______________ FTP Path: (I have no idea what to enter here) Backup Path: (I have no idea what to enter here) Data Directory: (I have no idea, but it says it is usually something not accessible by the web) I setup an ftp account called rentalproperties@rentersguild.com and it rests at /home/guild83/public_html/rentalproperties I figured this would be the best one to use. But it's not working. I would have just used the Softaculous interface in cPanel but it did not have Open Real Estate application to install. Can we either have the application added or can you please assist me with how I should correctly fill out the requested information?
