I've been registered for months. Yes, I read the FAQ. My URL is BKunkle.heliohost.org. (Sorry about that--I didn't realize it wasn't obvious.) I've had trouble logging into cPanel. But my site is not inactive. I would appreciate any help. Thanks in advance.

Hi, my userid is BKunkle and I cannot log into cPanel. I've tried from two or three different computers. Also my site appears to be down but I didn't get any notification that it was suspended. Can you help, please?

I received an email this morning saying, in part: Your hosting account at HelioHost has been suspended. This either due to a period of account inactivity or missed renewal date. When following the link in the email, it took me to a page that said my account was not suspended. My website is still active. Did I fail to do something I ought to have done? What was it? Or was this a mistake? Am I, in fact, suspended?
