Helio! My account has been susspended following 30 days inactivity. I stopped using it because Jonhny was pretty slow and cutting out too often. Someone kindly recomended I should try Steve... although I'm predicting some equivulent issues (free servers don't come for free!). But will give it a try. I just tried to delete my Johny account but as its susspended it seems no can do. Would you guys be able to transfer it over to Steve for me... or do I need to log in, make it active then delete then reopen a steve account.... Many thanks. D

Hi guys, great free hosting you are providing. I've at last managed to knock a wordpress site up on your server. But I don't think I can cope with the interface. I went fof the Stevey one, which I think had 99% up time but every time I've tried it, it was not the right time! So I took a chance with Johny (which I guess is part of the game plan), and I'm wondering now... there does seem quite a bit of down time, when moving from page to page or through the interface panel, frequent loading probs, i.e. it will say, please contact the webmonster etc... So I just wondered whether that was normal when signing up on the Johny free plan, and if so, is the Stevey plan more concrete, and if so can you put me on that instead? Many Thanks!

I was having issues with my account, files etc and let you delete everything last year. I think I validated my accout following the link sent to my email: dzamelt@gmail.com But I am not sure - Ahhh I remember now - so I think you advised me to sign up again! I cannot recall whether I got round to signing up or not then, but I have recently attempted to sign up and its working to a point. I have asked my domain provider to point http://www.medicinalteas.co.uk/ to your DNS's - When entering the url I get the message that you've not gotten round to installing and configuring my account yet. But I doubt this, since its been saying it for days. I have tried to ftp via filezilla but have had trouble there. Can you check things sorted out for me please, and point me on the right track? My user name is mediman for the account do you need my password ? I am going to have another look see if I can suss it out. Thanks. Kind Regards - I'm going to do that now. You guys seem to be better than any paid host out there, the only limitation seeming to be disk space. Is there any deal we could strike to increase this? Do you guys happen to be based on Iceland. I think I'm gonna need some free speech protection?! Peace

Hi Guys, I'm having problems with my account and setting up wordpress. First of all Wordpress was set up in a sub directory but I managed to copy the files into the first/main directory. But either way I was having problems on set up. When I did get it 'working' it was struggling to function i.e. uploading themes were delivering error messages, such as: "Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@bringbackbest.co.uk and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request." ...but after moving wp into the main folder I was getting a messgae saying that my username and password are okay but some other database error existed which I could not pin point. I think the problem may have originated from my deleting of some important files from the server via ftp manager, maybe some of those that are pre installed to facilitate Cpanal and website instalation. Can you check this? And can you list which files should not be deleted if this is what I've done, and also restore them i.e. restore everything to 'factory settings' so that I can attempt a fresh install of wordpress knowing that all is good aat the server end.
