It was created on 1 September. Is there a way I can tell if it has a forced SSL redirect? And, if so, how do I add on exception for the .well-known folder? I appreciate you help.

I have a domain that did not recieve an AutoSSL certificate when I set it up as an Addon to my main domain. The Status shows it as Self-signed, due to renew in a year, when it will renew via AutoSSL. Why might this domain not have received a free certificate already? And is there a way to renew it via AutoSSL before the year expires? Thanks.

My former account (username: mwpalmer, main domain: palmerrant.net, server: Tommy) was permanently suspended. I created a new account (username: markagnt, main domain: markagunt.heliohost.org, server: Tommy). I cannot add palmerrant.net onto my new account because it already exists on my suspended account. I have a couple MySQL databases missing: mwpalmer_pinkdb2 & mwpalmer_afdb. They are used by WordPress for Naphtali.palmerrant.net & AltonFarmers.palmerrant.net respectively. They do appear in the "cPanel - MySQL Databases" listing, but with Size 0.00 MB. Can they be recovered? or must I restore them from backups? Thanks Mark. (mwpalmer) palmerrant.net
