I noticed that I had access the control panel, so I assumed everything was back to normal. Despite still having access to cPanel like many others on "stevie", I noticed last night that the site itself shows the "Account Suspended" page. I have cleared the cache and tried on different browsers on different PCs. Please help me with this issue. Thanks so much!

I signed up for the HelioNet forum with the username "maglck", checked several times over several hours, but never received the email (checked Junk/Spam folder each time as well). Anyhow, I signed up for this account with a different email address and got the email immediately. Is there anyway to change this account to "maglck" or change the email address on the "maglck" one? If not, can we simply just delete the other account? Thanks!

HelioHost main domain: maglck.heliohost.org I had just finished installing Dolphin through Softaculous to test it out (it requires CRON) and I was testing out skins on AmpJuke when I got the suspended error message. I hardly doubt the skin-changing was using enough resources to warrant an immediate suspension, so I am assuming it was Dolphin. Anyhow, can I please have my account unsuspended? Also, if you know what caused the suspension, please let me know so I can fix the problem immediately. Thank you so much for all that you do!
