  1. Thank you so much! You guys rock. Keep up the good work. Cheers, Kurt
  2. Hey, Thanks - I can see that the it now appears in a folder on the new account. What I was hoping was that I would be able to add it as a second domain linked to the new account, so that I can manage both simultaneously through a single login and that the prior links that I have pointing to tpltrl.heliohost.org will still work - is this possible? When I've tried to add it I get the error message (XID 9579vq) A DNS entry for “tpltrl.heliohost.org” already exists. You must remove this DNS entry from all servers in the DNS cluster to proceed. Cheers, Kurt
  3. Hey, It's kurtilk on Tommy Cheers, Kurt
  4. Username: tpltrl Server: Johhny Domain: tpltrl.heliohost.org Hello, This account was suspended a while back due to inactivity. I've decided to abandon it, and have made a new account on Tommy via a donation, with a different e-mail address that I more regularly check. I'm hoping to now link this domain (tpltrl.heliohost.org) to my new account as an add-on domain. I already have all of the files backed up and was wondering if there is anyway that this domain can be released so it can be added via my new account. Many thanks, Kurt
  5. Username: tpltrlServer: JohhnyDomain: tpltrl.heliohost.org Hello, I'm terribly sorry, but because of a vacation I've accidentally allowed my account to lapse. Would it be possible to reactivate this for me? Many thanks,Kurt
  6. Hello, I had my Johnny account reactivated a few months ago and at the time I was able to re-upload all of my data. A few weeks ago I tried to sign into https://johnny.heliohost.org:2083/ with my login and password, but the page never loads. I'm able to sign in through the main website and am taken to the HelioHost Tools page ( https://www.heliohost.org/login/ ), however clicking on Continue to cPanel takes me to the never-loading page. I see that Johnny is listed as being down at the moment and I just wanted to make certain that my account wouldn't be suspended for inactivity again. Account is tpltrl. Cheers and thank you, Kurt
  7. Thank you so much! I really appreciate this wonderful service and all of your hard work - it's helped me a lot. Cheers, Kurt
  8. Hello, I had an account on Johnny (username tpltrl) but I'm told that the account was shut down due to inactivity. I routinely try to sign in every/every other week, but due to the downtime in April I wasn't able to. It seems that the account has been completely closed, although I was able to download a back-up of the information. The problem is that I'm asked to create a new account but now sign-ups are closed. Is there any way that I can have my account reinstated? Cheers, Kurt
  9. Thank you for the quick resolution! I'll be sure to set reminders to sign in every two weeks to avoid this happening again! Cheers
  10. Hey again, A clarification: it's possible that the server was actually Tommy, but I'm not 100% certain. The actual message that I received was that it had been archived, which I can see from some other posters, might happen with Tommy because the load is close to capacity. Is there any chance that my account can be reactivated? I think I have a back-up of everything, if you can't recover the actual data on it. Cheers, Kurt
  11. Heliohost username: tpltrl Server: Stevie (I think!) Main domain: tpltrl.heliohost.org Hey, I accidentally allowed my account to lapse - anyway that you would be able to reactivate it for me, please? Cheers, Kurt
  12. Hello, I have an account on Stevie (e-mail: tplanswerline@gmail.com , domain: tpltrl.heliohost.org ) and I was able to recover all data after the crash (thanks, btw!). I would prefer to use the same e-mail address to create an account on Johnny (or Tommy), which isn't possible at the moment; afterward I'd like to migrate the domain to the new server as well. No rush on this! Thanks so much for your wonderful service. Happy Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanza, and New Year! Kurt
