  1. Sounds good; thanks! On that note, I think the SSL configuration also doesn't work with Outlook 2013.
  2. Well, it worked! Thanks. Hopefully, you guys can get SSL compatible with the major email clients again soon.
  3. Thunderbird seemed to be unable to sync with IMAP/SMTP settings, so I tried to switch over to Outlook 2013. Using the settings: Username: [name here]@twinklecode.org IMAP server: stevie.heliohost.org (Port 993) SMTP server: stevie.heliohost.org (Port 465) Both were set to SSL. Server is Stevie. Outlook 2013 will test the login and send a test email; both tests pass. It then synchronizes all the subfolders (Junk, Drafts, Sent, etc.) of the inbox but not the main inbox itself. Is there some setting I need to change somewhere? It's kind of bad when you can see all your emails except the ones in the inbox. Thanks!
  4. Thank you. It appears that our account is using the most of Stevie's resources; we have made changes to improve the situation. Thanks again for the reply!
  5. Krydos told me previously: "...create a new topic if you're curious how your [server] load stands after you've made some changes." Would you please post our server load standing (maybe for the past 5-6 days)? Thanks so much.
  6. Thank you for the information! Is there a way I can access those logs in the future? We have made changes to the scripts that send HTTP requests to feedFetcher.php so that they do not update as often. That should reduce overall server load, but it would be great if I could access the logs in the future. I really appreciate it.
  7. I apologize, and I thank you for the fix. Is there a way for us to see the amount of server load our site is demanding? The site makes use of AJAX and PHP to update itself with content from other websites rather often. We have increased the server polling interval, but it would be excellent if we knew how much of the server's resources we were using. I appreciate it.
  8. Hello! When I tried to visit my site, I encountered the "Account Suspended" page. I did just sign into cPanel via the Heliohost homepage yesterday and everything was working fine. Attempting to reactivate the account via the Account Renewal page did not work; I got a message that said: We're sorry, but we either could not find that account in the database, or it is not listed as inactive. Please contact an administrator if you feel this message is in error. Here's my information: Username: epicaleb Host: Stevie Domain: twinklecode.org (currently, the domain is not pointed at Heliohost's nameservers; I made the change after being unable to reactivate the account) Thanks very much for your help!
