Currently I'm facing a problem that my website sometimes shows the content. And now it doesn't. Yesterday at midnight I guess it's 11 PM (UTC+8, 14 July 2017) it's up and working perfectly. But today at 13:50:45 (UTC+8, 15 July 2017) it's showing to me that my account is queued. This happen after I changed my domain from wildan.heliohost.org to dedekvaa.tk. Any solution for this one?

I guess, all serves has been taken down. I don't know why. Including my website, I can't access it. From http://heliohost.grd.net.pl/monitor all servers down including Tommy.

I still don't understand about email on cPanel, I don't get it. Is it in "Contact Information"? If yes, I already changed that, but I can't login with that e-mail. Or it maybe only for alerts and etc XD. Nah, about username, thank you very much. Can you change my username from "wildan" to "dedekvaa"? Thanks!

Hey, can I change my heliohost email and username? If I don't wrong, I can't change my username, at least I delete my account and create a new one. But for e-mail? Will change it from helionet forum will change it directly with my heliohost account. Thanks.
