It's been years and it used to work. However several things have happened with HelioHost since then. Tommy crashed and burned, for instance. Not sure what affect that might have had, if any. There have been some major looking changes to the interface, again though, not sure what affect that would have, if any.

Hi, I have a custom domain hosted on tommy (imediaearth.com) and I am trying to create a couple new email addresses for it that can actually receive email. I can send email from them but if I try to send email to them it doesn't work (like from gmail). Maybe a DNS problem? I have an MX record which was configured to point imediearth.com. The webpage works for the domain (albeit it is a place holder page currently) Any help would be appreciated.
