Installing SSL

I have uploaded a SSL certificate (StartSSL Class 1) using the SSL/TLS

manager in CPanel. I don't see any option to install the certificate on a

specific domain as mentioned in some SSL tutorials. Is this option disabled

at Heliohost ? If yes, is there no way to use SSL on the site ?

Have you purchased a dedicated IP? Some of the options for SSL are disabled on accounts using a shared IP because SSL won't work without a dedicated IP.
