Can not log into my account

Hello,

 

My account email is "[deleted]" and my email is "nikhi". I can

not log into my account and cannot access my cPanel to edit my website. Can

you please tell me what is wrong? Is the account suspended still? What can

I do to fix this?

from the public boards, it contains sensitive information I didn't know

would be public.

Our appologies for the confusion, but since Heliohost is 100% community driven with volunteer administrators we keep all of our customer service public so that anyone in the community can help anyone else. Heliohost isn't a company with paid employees like most hosting services, but rather we're a non-profit community that provides hosting and support for each other. All of our admins started off as regular users like you that were helpful enough to answer other people's questions and solve their issues. This also allows our users to have 100% transparency on all of our strengths and weaknesses so they know exactly what is going on rather than the usual hush-hush coverups that most companies engage in.
