Krydos Posted May 23, 2017 Posted May 23, 2017 We already had plans on doing something like this (see http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/27995-suspended-atn2017/?p=127977), and our monthly progress towards our financial goal is already automated (see https://www.heliohost.org/images/meter.png), and it's already high contrast and published on all of our pages. That's a good point about some people don't realize that you can use a credit/debit card to pay through paypal though. We've also already been discussing putting a card payment form on our site since we have SSL installed and people would know they are safe to submit their information to us. It's definitely an interesting idea though. One of our admins has apparently heard about Patreon and we have opened an internal discussion regarding the idea. I'll be interested to explore Patreon's site to see if they can offer us anything that we haven't already done or could do easier on our own. Thanks a lot for the suggestion!
