Hi,I can't access my website nor my server to publish an update because Ricky hasn't been working since early last night. I had switched to Johnny temporarily but had to switch back because it didn't have SSL and there were no instructions on how to install my own on the support hub. Can you please let me know when Ricky will be back up and resolve the issue because I have a deadline to meet for this update and this server not responding kinda hinders my productivity. Thanks

Ricky is not down. It is possible your IP address is blocked by the firewall though. Try accessing your site from a different Internet connection (such as a cell phones data plan) and see if it works.

 

A root admin can check the block list, though since you contacted us by email we don't have your ip. What is the accounts username?

Thanks for replying so quickly,My account name is dejaunw1. I don't know why I would've been blocked but I see it works, I used a proxy.
