HelioHost Posted June 9, 2017 Posted June 9, 2017 i have sent an email here 15 hours ago in detailed for the problembecause every thing is down the dashboard the cpanel and the heliosite for me all is down and that happen when i immediately press on cloudflare fromcpanel and choose,CNAME so work on my problem here because i want to finish that matter,,

Krydos Posted June 9, 2017 Posted June 9, 2017 First of all don't ever give your password out to anyone for any reason through any form of communication. If someone really is an admin then they don't need your password anyways. What do you see when you go to http://promotingall.heliohost.org/ ? Any error messages or anything?
