HelioHost Posted October 8, 2017 Posted October 8, 2017 I have successfully added my new certificate to the list in SSL/TLS Manager > Certificates but now I cannot install it onto my domains.I've uninstalled any previous certificates from my domains and now I try to install it in Manage SSL Hosts but I get the error: The certificate could not be installed on the domain "qeebmisk.heliohost.org". error The "/usr/local/apache/bin/httpd" command (process 20809) reported error number 1 when it ended. httpd: Syntax error on line 93625 of [Test Configuration File]: Include directory '/usr/local/apache/conf/userdata/std/2/dertew/dertew.heliohost.org' not found The same is with my other--alias--domain
Krydos Posted October 8, 2017 Posted October 8, 2017 I installed your ssl certificate for you and it showed success. Since you're on Johnny it could take up to 24 hours to start working.
