Username: raa, Server: Ricky, Main domain: raa.heliohost.org

Good afternoon

I recently opened an account at heliohost.org.

Primary domain:=C2=A0 raa.heliohost.org

Home directory:=C2=A0 /home/raa

SFTP host: ricky.heliohost.org

SFTP port: 1312

SFTP protocol: SFTP

SFTP logon type: Normal

SFTP Username: raa

SFTP password:

I was able to upload my web site using FileZilla to

*/home/raa/public_html*. I also made sure that I have a *index.php* file

at /home/raa/public_html which has the following content:

However when I try to go to my primary domain raa.heliohost.org I obtain

the following error:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was

unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator at webmaster@raa.heliohost.org

to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you

performed just before this error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while

trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I would appreciate if you can help me to fix this issue.

*Note*: I sent this message to webmaster@raa.heliohost.org as the error

message suggested and I got the following:

550 The mail server could not deliver mail to raa@ricky.heliohost.org.

The account or domain may not exist, they may be blacklisted, or missing

the proper dns entries.

Thanks in advance
