I'd like to inform you that I've received this message when

I tried to access my account (tarekelassady@gmail.com) on heliohost.org.

 

"Your account has been archived due to inactivity. To keep your account

active you need only log in to heliohost.org at least once every 30 days.

Failure to log in often enough results in your account being flagged as

inactive. If you would like to continue using this account you will need to

request that an admin unarchive it"

 

I've already designed a full database on this account and I

can't react it because it's inactive. I need to return it back, since I use

this database.

Hello,

I can't even reply messages on heliohost forum, even I can register to

reply, it fails. I don't know what to do !!!! I need to retrieve back my

account. My database on this account is very important. I created it from

scratch and test an software by it.

Please your help.

Your account was archived because you haven't logged in for quite a while. We have a limited amount of space on our servers, and occasionally we have to remove the unused accounts to make space for new users. To prevent your account from becoming archived again please remember to log in at https://www.heliohost.org/login/ at least once every 30 days.

Hello,

 

my account strongwi was deactivated as well. I usually log in frequently, but with the server down I was not able to.

Can you activate my account back as well? Thank you?

Tommy's been rebuilt. This means that it's been formatted and the accounts in it no longer exists.

 

Go to https://www.heliohost.org/backup and download your backup using your previous Tommy credentials.

 

You may choose to wait till Tommy's back or create a temporary Ricky account which can be moved to Tommy after he's back.

 

Post your main domain here and wait for an admin to clean up your domains from the cluster.

 

If you're a donor, you can receive a Ricky invite. Otherwise you can sign up at midnight UTC when registrations open up or make a donation (minimum $) to receive an invite.

Hi again!

 

I was trying to create my domain on Ricky, but I am getting the following message:

A DNS entry for “docesleitemel.com.br” already exists. You must remove this DNS entry from all servers in the DNS cluster to proceed

 

Does support needs to do some cleaning from old Tommy in order for me to be able to add my domain?

I am sorry for disturbing again, but I still get this message:

"Ahoy! You're seeing this page because HelioHost has not gotten about to installing and configuring your account yet. This process usually takes 24 hours, and once it is complete your website should show up properly. While the account is being created we suggest taking a look at your control panel."

 

It has been for 4 days now. Am I missing something, or heliohost admin needs to do something more?
