1. Yes you need create a new account on Tommy when he’s back online.

2. We don’t restored accounts after replacing the hard drive.

3. Donations will not affect the accounts. You can still provide us your transaction ID if you ever need to increase your space or move to Tommy server if you have a temporary account currently.

4. Tommy server got crash because of the hard drive failure. We already started rebuilding Tommy server, but we don’t have exactly day for September. Announcement will be made in the News category.

Hi guys!

I hope you're doing good, I just checked on the configuration of my

account, when the server crashed I went away, I recreated the account but

my 2gb space and the inactivity was never restored.

on the email chain you can track my donations (first the extra gb, and then

the new server)

Hope you can help me!

We can definitely restore your disk space. The inactivity immunity would've expired right around the time the server crashed though, so there's nothing really to restore there.

What's your new account's username?

Space added.

Not sure if Krydos wants to check the donation again or not...I can't do that since it was under the gofundme. The receipt is in one of your prior emails though, so he can reference that if he wishes to check, and we can always remove the space if there's an issue.
