So please take a backup of your site from https://www.heliohost.org/backup/ and signup for a new account. If you are a donor, please provide transaction id to get a Tommy invite email. Further please provide your username and domain address.

Hence you'll need to provide us your email wherein you'll be sent an invite, and then sign up. After that you'll be downloading your backup and restoring it manually (for the web scripts through the file manager, and for DBs through phpMyAdmin and phpPgAdmin). Hope this clarifies your doubts!
